- To start Ford car, basically two registered keys are required.
- Sensor area for smart key: in the central armrest box or in the cup holder.
- Program all key lost: if car is in alarm status (locked), keys can’t to be programmed. Thus, you should unlock the car in advance.To remove alarm status, please follow below operations:
(1) Disconnect and reconnect storage battery, open car door, the alarm rings for 38 secs and alarm lights flash for 5 mins. Please wait for 15 mins then enter the program system.
(2) Use K518 to enter system to read vehicle part No., VIN code and etc. Complete programming as per system prompts. If fail to read related info., please try again.
