Key programming for Toyota 4A B6 models is now supported Lonsdor K518 Pro. This guide shows how to add a spare key to a 2026 Toyota Avalon using an LT32 smart key, an FP30 PIN cable, and one working original key.
Important Note:
- If youuse K518 Pro full version, ensure it’s with available subscription.
- If you use K518 Pro FCV, Lexus 8A/4A New Model Function License Activationis required.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Check the Original Key Type
1.Place the original key into the key slot.
2.Select Identify and Copy -> EDIT EEPROM.
3.Confirm Line 40H shows B6, which verifies the key type is 4A B6.
Step 2: Generate the LT32 Smart Key
1.Go to Generate smart key -> Toyota -> Avalon -> 2025-/ID 4A_B6.
2.Place the blank LT32 smart key into the key slot of K518 Pro key programmer.
3.Click Generate, then exit the menu once finished.
Step 3: Back Up IMMO Data
1.Connect Lonsdor FP30 cable to the PEPS module. Ensure your internet connection is active.
2.Go to IMMO & Remote -> Toyota -> Select from vehicle -> China-> Avalon HV-> 2025–2026 -> Smart Key (4A_B6).
3.Select Backup IMMO Data. Turn the ignition on, name the file, and save the backup.
Step 4: Program the New Key
1.Select Add Smart Key.
2.Make sure the battery is fully charged and the network is online.
3.Select the saved IMMO data file.
4.Touch the ignition switch with the original key when prompted.
5.Touch the ignition switch with the new Lonsdor LT32 smart key.
6.Turn the ignition off to complete the programming.
Step 5: Test Key Functions
1.Press the brake pedal and push the start button with LT32 remote key to verify engine start.
2.Repeat the start test with the original key.
3.Test lock and unlock remote functions on both keys.
